I've just got a Griffin Powermate (black)
http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/powermate/
I want to be able to have a menu system on my LCD http://www.watercoolingshop.com/catalog ... 5a30a84226 and control it using the powermate. Any ideas of how to do this?
I'm trying to use the menu plugin and some form of input from the powermate using the 'actions' tab of Smartie.
I have started with the menu plugin samples as on the smartie site.
Anyone give me some pointers of what I should be doing.
Our new official repo is on github

I think I have found out what the problem(s) are, but I have not got a solution for this.
The powermate output is too quick and won't keep it on long enough for either of the input plug-ins to detect it.
or
The key input plugins are too slow.
It will work if I rapidly keep the powermate producing the output.
by keeping rotating it or pressing it rapidly.
can anyone help?
