Problem with Tiny Bar

Ciao to everyone!
I have a problem with the specified plugin..
So, I have did all what there is wrote in the forum, before to send my topic!
This is what I have installed on my pc:
Win XP Prof (italian version.. yes, I'm italian user)
Framework.net 1.1 italian
Smartie 5.3 (that I downloaded yesterday)

If I try to use the plugin I receive the following error:
LOAD OF PLUGIN FAILED: BRIDGE INIT FOR TINYBAR FAILED WITH:[EXCEPTION:THE FORMAT OF THE FILE 'TINYBAR.DLL' IS INVALID]

I have downloaded also the dll that was specified on the forum.. I put in the System32 folder and I try to register with the comand regsvr32..
When I do this action, I receive the following message:
(NAME OF DLL).DLL WAS LOADED, BUT THE DLLREGISTERSERVER ENTRY POINT WAS NOT FOUND. THE FILE CAN NOT BE REGISTERED.

Someone have one idea, or better a solution, about this my problem?

ps: this isn't my first usage of LCD Smartie.. I used from much time.. so, I'm not a newbie

There are two possible reasons for this error.
Missing the .net framework (I noticed that you have version 1.1 installed) but try to install version 2.0 as well.
Missing DNBridge.dll under the LCD SMARTIE program folder.

The program can run flawlessly under Italian version of windows.

Thanks for the fast answer..
I have read well the thread that you have linked in the post.. and for this I have cheched all my dll.. nohing of dll is missed!
So, I'll install the 2.0 version of Framework.net and I'll try again!
I know that SMARTIE go well also with Italian S.O. system.. I used from much time.. but untill now only a basic use without much plugin..

Yeah!! Found!
The problem was with the version of my .Net Framework.. need the 2.0 for go! Now is ok!
I'll enjoy my time trying you plugin!
