Failed to open device: DLL Initialize error: MATRIX.DLL E...

Hi...,

Recently I upgrade to Vista Home premium, and everytime I start LCD smartie (the latest version) I always got this problem:

Failed to open device: DLL Initialize error: MATRIX.DLL Exception: Can not find USBPort.dll.

I run palmOS device with palmORB. Previously, in windowsXP, the setup run well.

Anyone can help me please...

Check your device manager, is the device there?

[edit:] Is this 32 or 64 bit version of OS?

Yes, there is. I can see "Sony Handheld" every times I run palmORB in palm. Without palmORB running, it will not shown.

There IS a problem with palm desktop with Vista, and no solution from palm for it AFAIK.

I am using 32bit version Vista Home Premium.

Finally, after I run LCD smartie in XP compatible mode, it work as before.

Problem solved, but some config can not work:
$dll(perf,1,2x20#u,Cpu)
$dll(perf,2,Cpu,1)
CPU@$CPUSpeedMHz~$CPUUsage%%
