dllportio.sys is not in my pc

Hi, I am new in this forum, forget the errors mine.-

Two years ago, I?m using 5.1 and 5.2 version on Intel 700 celeron, AMD 1.3, Nec 486, and pentium 1 & 2 .-
Always working fine .-

Exchange to Pentium 1.6Ghz, with XP and I use same HDD of before PCs.-

When Smartie start, flashing screens appears in the pc monitor with:

"dllportio.sys", is not in your system.-

Corner Up-right show demo of LCD display; all ok.-

After close each , any flashing screens, I can to set up Smartie 5.2 .-

Never any character appears on LCD screens.-
I say, LCDs module: broken : wrong.-
1x16, 2x16, 2x20, or 2x40 , no work correctly .-
I can see only the rear frame on LCD.-
Re-check the wire-cables one by one, and nothing .-
Check each LCD in other systems and working fine .-

Please, can any body tell me what happen?
