combine 2 x 16 into 1 x16

since my antec lcd is small text it is difficult to see from a distance. Is there an option in lcd smartie to use the display to emulate a single line with twice the height characters so they are more legible from a distance?

You can do numbers with the bignum plugin, but there's no way to do all letters too.

With a 4 line display there's a 4 high font that works for all letters. Check the LCD Smartie website for plugin details.
