I have check FAQ and add "DisablePerformanceCounters" key to registry.
now my registry looks that:

do I add it correctly?
can you show me your registry values?
what else can I do to run CPU usage?

Hi,
I have encountered the same problem as you. I believe you'll need to run Smarties with the highest privileges. Please refer to this thread
