Smartie can read information from Motherboard Monitor (aka MBM), which is a separate utility that provides info on clock speeds, fans, voltages etc.
If you have MBM running, you can use things like $Voltage1 and $FanS1 in a Smartie screen, which shows core voltage and CPU fan speed on my system. It depends on what you motherboard reports. I don't know of anything that reports current drawn on the supply rails, though.
I think there are other utilities (eg Speedfan) that do the same sort of thing, but as far as I know, only MBM is natively supported by Smartie.
