i have smartie 5.3.2 final working properly i just don't get how the 5.4 updates ????

having trouble updating to smartie 5.4
the qstat.exe wont run? in the 5.4 folder? i extracted the zip file and tryed to run the qstat.exe then the box came up to run qstat.exe i click it and it and nothing happens?
