Time (with a difference)

Is there any way, or any plugin that can convert the current time from one time zone to another? I'm in IL, CST but I want to set up my time display switching (probably using the swap plugin) between CST and GMT time zones (Family is in England), I'm too lazy and usually too tired to be adding 6 hours on in my head.

Doh! nevermind, found world clock plugin, must have missed it on the first few trips thru the plugins forum, ass set up how I wanted
