Samsung LTV350QV QVGA display

Hello i recently got an samsung LTV350QV-F02-1BA 3.5" qvga display fron an broken gps unit, i was wondering if it is possible to connect this display to the pc , if yes , then i need some sort of controller (like the dot matrix displays) and if i do where can i find one , any help and info would be great i also included some photos of the display Image Image oh and i forgot to say that it also has a touchscreen panel

If you would be running linux, serdisplib, graphlcdlib and lcd4linux would get you started, but under windows there is no software to use this type of graphic displays.
