PERTELIAN Plugin will not load

Each time I attempt to load the Pertelian display plugin I get this message

EXCEPTION ERROR INVALID HANDLE


In fact I get this error no matter what display plugin in try to load.

Could the fact I am running Windows XP Pro 64 cause this?

LCD Smartie appears to run ok and the virtual screen works.

You need to have the virtual COM port exist before the display DLL can open it. So make sure via Control Panel that the COM port exists and also that you don't have some other application opening it.
