picaxe and smartie
hello I bought one smartie lcd 1 edition, I need to know if I can use with picaxe microcontroller

I hope you bought an LCD as the program LCDSmartie is free and is not allowed to be sold!
Most types of LCDs can be used with microcontrollers. Depending on LCD type you may have to code more or less to be able to use it.

I have the smartie lcd 1 edition, I Bought by ebay. and I try to use with picaxe 28x.

I had no idea that there are LCDs sold under the name Smartie.
Do you have any link to that auction?
I can look over the LCD specs but I have no idea about picaxe though.
serout 7 looks wrong though, usually serial communication is done in 8 bits no parity and 1 stop bit (8N1)
Also check the display to accept 2400bps as you declare it in picaxe.
