Weather Exchange - Live weather info from weather stations

This plugin is alittle bit different from the other weather plugins.
It uses the Weather Exchange program. Free for download here: http://www.ambientweather.com/weex1.html

This little program can run in tray and retrieve info from many weather stations around the globe. I was surpised when i found available 3 weather stations on my neibourhood.
Using this program you can get displayed to your screen the weather condition, the wind direction, the tempature, the hummity level, the rainfall rate and many other values LIVE.

Hi I have some problem.
Plugin not always correctly displays the Weather Conditions.
For example
In the main window Weather Exchange software and CSV file and parameters.ini says that now, "Clear", but the LCD Smartie displays "Cloudy".
But when the Weather Exchange software indicated "Cloudy" then LCD Smartie displays "Fog".
I made a list of correspondences between the value of Sensor # 19 in CSV file and the indication LCD Smartie

1=chancerain
2=chancetstorms
3=chancesleat
4=clear
5=cloudy
6=fog
7=flurries
8=hazy
9=mostlycloudy
10=mostlysunny
11=partlycloudy
12=partlysunny
13=rain
14=sleat
15=snow
16=sunny
17=thunderstorms
18=unknown
19=19

I have to check it
A simple workaround is to tweak the ini file to get this corrected.
