function add to splittitle

Limbo, would it be easy to add one more function to the split title plugin? Right now, split title only returns three sections of data:

Shattered - The Rolling Stones - Some Girls.mp3

I use zoom player for video and it outputs four parts of the title, each separated by a " - ", and I would love to be able to display this data on my lcd:

1:30/43:27 - Top Gear - s07e05 - Golf vs. BMW.avi

The first part is the present time/total time. If this is something you could do, I would be very grateful.

Ok jonny I will schedule the release of a new special version with an extra function about this request.

Actually, the Winamp plugin already has functions to handle the remaining/total time. Try this line:

Code: Select all

$WinampPolo/$WinampLengtl

That will output the time part that you are looking for. Then just combine that with your current screen and you should be set.

True, but what I was asking for will be used in the Zoom Player, not winamp.

Ah ha, my apologies. Totally missed that part. I wondered what title-splitting thing you were talking about.

Limbo, has there been progress on this addition? I'm not pushing, but I would like to know if it is going to happen or not.

EDIT: sorry to bother you Limbo, I have finally firgured out how to get around the problem. I used cut.dll in combination with splittitle.dll to get the result i wanted. Please disregard this request!

The addition is simple...

I 'm planning to make it at the end of this week.
