LCD was working perfectly before I upgraded system.
New CPU/Mobo later it no longer works, I had to buy a parallel card since this
new motherboard didnt have one on board. (The old did)
I have the parallel port card setup as LPT1 same as the old setup, but I get no display?
Any ideas?

You might have to put in the exact address for the card instead of LPT1. See this post for more info: http://forums.lcdsmartie.org/viewtopic.php?t=1386
Are you using the same operating system as before? Have you re-installed Windows or upgraded to a newer version? You may have to re-install the port driver (probably Inpout32) If you're on Vista/Win7 64bit, see http://forums.lcdsmartie.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1799
