When I get rss feed like below, I see characters like ş,ğ,ı can't be shown instead s,g,i with the latest beta. Any way to correct this?

U can use search and replace plugin and create custom characters to corrent the faulty ones

I added the plugin to plugins folder and edit omit.ini as below but chars can't be replaced. Any suggestions?

I get error #1114, I have framework 2.0 installed, which version does the plugin need?

A program which written with 3.5 only works with 3.5 installed systems. Even if you installed ex. framework 3.0 and 4.0 plugin won't work. If it's easy could you compile it with 2.0, 3.0 & 4.0 so your plugin works with almost all windows systems.
