Well as you can tell from the title, I need one hotkey to run a batch file and go to a screen.
Like run a bat to winamp and go to the winamp screen set, or screen.

Use hotkey plugin and set actions for run specific program and switch to specific theme/screen. I think this is fully supported by the program and its plugins.
