Hotkey quit working

I had the hotkey plugin working but it started throwing an error:

ERROR: RegisterHotKey() failed for hotkey #1

I have checked all the ini files everything looks good - it was working fine and just quit one day when LCD Smartie started.

I thought maybe Windows updated something and broke it, but I checked and nothing looks suspicious there. Basically just quit.

I even tried ripping out all the config, the actions that reference the dll, etc. and starting fresh. But still get the error.

Any help?

Registering failure most of the times occurs when the hotkey combination is already taken by other application.
Check for running programs (e.g Graphics card utilities) on your system which are using Hotkeys.
