DLL error loading MP.dll

DLL error loading MP.dll
I'm running the latest version of LCD Smartie with Windows XP SP 3. I'm trying to use the HTPC Media Portal plugin that lets you view MP-specific info on a secondary screen, but whenever LCD Smartie starts up, I get this error " Load of plugin failed: Plugin MP.dll had and exception during Init: Access violation at address 7C90100B in module "ntdll.dll". Read of address 00000034". When I try to use LCD Smartie with MP.dll on another PC running Windows 8, however, it seems to load with no errors. I did read the section on dll errors, and as far as I can see everything mentioned is present on my XP system, except I don't know how to find msvcrtd.dll to insure it is present. Any idea what might be happening? Thanks.

Hi,
been on holiday for a couple of weeks or would have got back to you earlier. What version are you using and where did you get it?
Also, what section on dll's are you refering to and where's the reference to msvcrtd.dll (there's a msvcrt.dll in windows\system32
