lcd smartie crashes

hi, my lcdsmartie crashes after resuming the activity of the PC after standby
use windows xp and ddl matrix
I use a 4 x40 usb lcd
if I turn off and restart the smarie lcd program 5.4 the program works
how can you solve? thank you so much

Try LCDT (search for it in these forums).

There's a known bug in the matrix dll with the resume code but I didn't think it crashed it.

You could try the dll replacement:

It’s a replacement for the matrix.dll to fix the backlight on suspend/resume
