Hi I got this https://www.adafruit.com/product/781 and solder a 4x20 LCD on it. When I 1st plug it in to USB it shows some text on the display but then clears.
It said it works with "LCD Smartie" and I click on that link just a homepage I guess for all types of LCD's.
Is there just some script can install and get this to show something? I got it on a Linux NanoPi-NEO3 5.10.43 #251 SMP PREEMPT Tue Jul 6 17:20:46 CST 2021 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux
I did do the install commands but I think the last make command did not finish good without errors.
Some time Adafruit says how to install this but does not look like it does it good now.
Hope someone can help.
