Firstly, thank you to hydrolisk for helping me get my account set up! Have been able to download some plugins that were attached to forum posts. Hopefully someone will be able to help with the issue I'm facing too.
I'm using an Antec Fusion case that has an iMON LCD screen, Windows 11, latest version of LCD Smartie, and the "iMON_OEM_LCD.dll" display plugin. Under this configuration, the LCD refreshes at a very low rate. I estimate it's refreshing at around 3-4 Hz. The software UI itself also becomes very stuttery - e.g. if you try to drag the Setup window around, it kind of just jumps to wherever you're dragging the window.
If I use a different display plugin, the software UI becomes fully responsive again (though the LCD obviously doesn't display content from LCD Smartie). When using just iMON's "front view" and no LCD Smartie, the LCD is able to work as expected (not sure how quickly it's refreshing, probably north of 20Hz). I've tried both the latest beta and the latest official release, and they both behave the same way. The included "imon.dll" display plugin doesn't actually work at all for me, producing error "display not found".
I've mainly noticed this issue when trying to display fast moving content, such as the audio spectrum plugin, or when the screen transitions/slides. The low refresh rate is perfectly acceptable for other content though, like time and even CPU usage. If I could get to the bottom of this though, that would be great.
Any ideas? Hoping this is a known issue with a known solution. Thanks!

Have you tried to adjust the refresh interval and scroll interval? Also have you tried to adjust the DLL check interval? For spectrum I use 12 for DLL check interval. Sorry for the late reply. Been uber busy lately.

Re: Low refresh rate/fps when using LCD Smartie
I haven't tried to use smartie in win 11 yet, so I don't know if what I posted above will work for you, but it is still worth a try. I can try to run it on my partner's (business partner) pc as he has upgraded his office PC to win 11. Personally I am holding out on that LOL.
