Skype Plugin started

It seems there are a few requests for a Skype plugin, and Skype has a publicly accessible API so I thought I'd start one.

Unfortunately Skype absolutely nadgers my machine during calls, pegging the CPU at 100%, so unless I can resolve that I don't think I will be continuing development with it. I am hoping someone else might be able to make use of the work that I have done to make a more fully featured skype plugin.

SkypeStatus plugin (c# 2 source and compiled dll)

So far has 3 functions:
1: Call Skype API command string (param1) and return the result. Handles asynchronicity automatically. Do not include a command identifier, this is handled automatically too.
2: Get Skype API connection status. If this is not "Success", API commands won't work. Either skype is not running, or the user api denied access.
3: Caller ID. If a call is ringing, or a call is in progress, this will return the display name of the other party in the call. Otherwise it returns nothing.
