The source code can be viewed through Sourceforge CVS, or browsed here:

I don't know how up-to-date that is... there have been unofficial developments and test builds mentioned on the forum, and a lot of the 3rd-party plugins are unfortunately not open-source. The authors have only posted the DLLs to the forum.
