Upgrade to 5.4, now problem with BARs

I just upgraded to v5.4 and now I have a problem with my BAR commands. The empty areas of the bar are now shown with a strange character that looks like an S (but it's not an S). Here is the code I'm using for a BAR line:

MEM-$Bar($MemUsed,$MemTotal,16)

Before, the unused areas of the bar were either blank or an underscore (i can't even remember). All I know is that it didn't look like this!

Any suggestions?

This line works fine for me with the latest version of the program.
Check your configuration on screen for any custom characters.
Also check for the emulation screen, how is the bar appearing there?

Thanks for the reply. It seems that everything was fixed with a second re-boot. I rebooted once but that wasn't it. Rebooted again, and it's working. Who knows, but I'm just happy it's working again!
