LCD Smartie v5.4.1 beta released. This fixes COM port issue

Fixes:

1) COM port restart coming out of suspend
2) COM port "fail to initialize" when changing parameters in setup

2 is easy to solve if you have an older version, simply close and restart Smartie. 1 needs the new version.
