Trillian Plug-in, now view IMs from all Mediums

Post by rfryar »

I was reading the old request forums and saw a request for a Trillian plug-in and thought I should build that. I use Trillian but I do not really have a need for this plug-in but it was fun developing.

So now the warnings.. This is a VS 2005 driver so you need the Run-time.. The link is below. You also need to install a plug-in to trillian as well, but that is included in the below Zip.

This will show the following fields from the last message received:

It will also output the number of seconds it has been since an IM has been received to help you control when to show/hide the IM screen.

Here is my website that explains the setup, etc: http://lcdsmartie.fryar.org/trillian.php
Hope you enjoy,

Trillian Pro Only?

Post by fishthecat »

Am I correct that you can only use Trillian plugins with Trillian Pro, the paid for version? (currently USD $25.00)

That is correct. Trillian does not expose any public windows APIs for any LCD Smartie to directly hook on to with out a custom Trillian Plug-n which must run on Pro. :(
