Need update to lcdsmartie

hello!

I am using a Hd44780 lcd display.
But i need 2*8 resulution. Cous the display is a 1*16 but the software will se it like a 2*8.

And updates for this?

If you're using the HD44780.dll driver (parallel port), try LPT1,a1 as the startup parameters, or perhaps LPT1,a2. The a1 and a2 parameters change the addressing mode which may solve your problem.

Oops, I got the commands a bit wrong... never used this myself. The documentation is confusing.

Try LPT1,1,1 as described in this post
