plugin for Chinese characters

I was not able to find a plugin for displaying Chinese characters, so I spent some time and wrote one.

Each Chinese character is 16 dots wide and 16 dots high. All 8 custom characters are used. Unfortunately the gaps between these 8 characters make the big one look ugly.

Usage:

$dll(hanzi,1,up,param2)
$dll(hanzi,1,down,param2)

param2 is the Chinese character to display.

I have no Chinese language knowlenge, so I cant test it... but I think its a great opportunity for our program to support more languages...
