New BANLCD display driver plugin

BANLCD adapter for HD44780 based displays driver plugin is available.
Backlight and contrast control are supported.
Custom characters aslo.

The device i based on cheap avr microcontroller Attiny2313 with software usb emulation. Use pwm to control contrast and brightness and control lcd in a 4bit data mode. It have few smd components and one crystal resonator. Nothing special. The PCB is one layer to reduce cost. Later i can give more details.
