crash after 1hr 10 mins every time

Post by gizmoy2k »

Recently upgraded my pc but since then i have been getting crashes after 1hr 10mins every time. I have only 1 screen on at the moment for testing, it has time and date, system up time and e-mail. All i can see in the bug report is range check error. . I have tried all possible settings in the Bios and i have port95 thing installed. Will post my bug report next time it occurs. Thanks for any help

Problem solved for me

I changed in the Device Manager the LPT1 setting from Never use a Interupt to Use any interrupt assigned to the Port. Also in LCD Smarties for the configuration of the HD44780, I set the Timing Multiplier to zero.

This is currently our most troublesome bug; I have received over 7 bug reports.

I'll start trying to track it down.
