Artifacts on LCD Display

Hello.
I have strange problem.
I would like to tell you first, that yes, all my wirings are correct, and display isn't damaged in any way.

Problem is that after changing my motherboard (Asus M4A77) I got problems.
Before that (on some old Gigabyte) I didn't had them.

Problem is that on display I am getting various artifacts, when I am using let's say winamp information or some addon bar graphs (1 instead of space character, but not always, something some japanese? chars maybe, not all custom characters are working) strange is that normal text (not from any plugin, just plain text) is working good.
Maybe it is something with new version of winamp, or something with my parallel port in mobo. I have set it to EPP and I can choose version 1.7 or 1.9 of it, but no joy on either.

What should I do?

ps. yes I reinstalled LCD Smartie, plugins too. I am not using any of port95nt or something, because it is working without it (and on my older board was working too)
