Plugin template for Visual Studio 2010

Hello everyone

I've made a simple plugin for Visual Studio 2010 for creating LCD Smartie plugins.
Now, if you wan't to create a new plugin, in Visual Studio do: File -> New project -> C# -> Windows -> LCD Smartie Plugin

To install this plugin, just unpack it and run the *.vsix file.
