hello together,

this is my first post here. I registered because I have an issue I need your help.
I am using TerraTec Cinergy Piranha (USB-stick with DVB-T and DAB/T-DMB receiver) with the corresponding software TerraTec Home Cinema. I am using it mostly for hearing Radio (DAB - Digital Audio Broadcasting). Hearing to radio and watching at the monitor isn't the thing, so I want to get the channel name displayed over LCD Smartie to my HD4470. That's all I want: just the channel name.

The first question is: where do I find this? It is displayed in TerraTec Home Cinema, but how can I read it?
Does someone has an idea?
I am lacking programming skills except for python and php, but I wanted to learn C++, so this would be great motivation. If you just can help me how to get the needed information.

Thank you in advance.

Ceko

You can check the sources for the nero cd burner plugin on sourceforge. It uses a method to fetch info from memory of another program.

Can't say for sure how it works as I didn't try anything like that but it should start you until someone with more knowledge will chime in.

Thank your for the reply, but I can't find the nero plugin. I've been searching through google and sourceforge, but there is no trace from such a plugin for LCD Smartie. Maybe I am just doing something wrong. Can you please help me to find the source code for this plugin.

Thank you again.

Regards,

ceko

I'll look for it.

Here is the link to speedfan plugin (delphi and uses shared memory) http://lcdsmartie.cvs.sourceforge.net/v ... /speedfan/
Here is the link to atitool plugin (C++ and uses shared memory) http://lcdsmartie.cvs.sourceforge.net/v ... b/atitool/

Have a look at the others too: http://lcdsmartie.cvs.sourceforge.net/v ... e/contrib/

Hope you will find what you need.
