Need Koolance TMS-200 Plugin

Koolance (a well-known water cooling manufacturer) released a temp/fan/pump controller that uses USB interface few years ago. It does not have a LCD to display the information unless you run the program in windows. If you run a program or a game in full screen you would not be able to monitor the fan speed, the tempreature of the GPU/CPU and othe important data. If the smartie plugin can relay these info and display them it will be a plus for TMS-200 users.
