MBM Plugin Temp Sensors

Post by Workshed »

I would like to display the temperature from sensor 21 in LCD Smartie however if i put $Temp21 it just displays the temperature from sensor 2 with a 1 straight after it. Any ideas?

Yes this is a well known issue of Smartie...
does not support high temp numbers
Please ask for a plugin in the plugin request section...somebody may help you.

Surely it would only be a small modification to the current MBM plugin?
If i can find Delphi somewhere I might download the source code and have a look after work...

The MBM is supported not by plugin by the main program (build in routines), of course you can modify the source code using a delphi platform.

Here you can fine the product code: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... _id=122330
you can also raise a fetaure request here: http://lcdsmartie.sourceforge.net/suggest.htm

Yeah I knew it wasnt a plugin (wrong place to post really!)

I've added in support for temperature sensors and names above 9 (the $Temp10 in there doesnt actually do 10 it does $temp1 with a 0 at the end ;) )

If anyone wants a copy or wants me to upload it anywhere then just give me a shout!

Since the program is open source and you are skilled to Delphi Why don't you start a new post under the discussion section in order to add this feature in next released version?
I believe that clansley can guide you in order to help the dev of the program. (if it's possible)
