Error: no usb2LCD-device found

Hi.

A few weeks ago, I bought this LCD from LCDMODKIT: U204FR-A2

With this LCD, I see the temperature, load, ram ... etc. But I have a problem, is that when I start a game (any), the LCD turns off. Always.

This is the error (It will not let me add pictures):

"Failed to open device: DLL Initialize error: noUSB2LCD-Device found"

I use the version 5.4.2.92 of LCD Smartie, My S.O. is Win 7 Ultimate x64

Anyone can help me?

Have used the vendor drivers on your PC?
Is the device visible under device manager?

1. Download zadig_v2.0.1.160

2. Optoins -> List All Devices

3. LCD2USB
libusb-win32 (v1.2.6.0)
Reinstall Driver
