Hi,
I have the following spec VFD display on spectra HTPC. There is no unrecognized device in win7 x64 .
But unfortunately only hdd sign isblinking.
what should I do ?

c) Micro Controller Microchip PIC 18F4320-I/TP
d) IR receiver PDI USB D2
e) LED Display Module TOSD-5711BB 120*25*12 mm (Taiwan Oasis)
