Problem with $logfile

I am having trouble with $logfile. If I add $LogFile(C:\file.log,0) I get an index out of bounds for 0. If I put in 1,2,3 all work fine. If I try 4, which would seem to run counter to the docs, I just get the data from line 3 again.

Is this a bug or am I somehow doing something wrong?
