World Time

It?s used to show the formated time of any country!
This is my first plugin using C# and notepad... Is still buggy, be gentle!

How it works?
$dll(HoraMundial,1,gmt,date_format)
For example, to show the time in Brazil (gmt -3)
$dll(HoraMundial,1,-3,dddd dd mmmm YYYY HH:mm:ss)
